Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions and facilitate group therapy, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

• Adhere to organization policies and established Mental Health and Substance Abuse Standards while delivering therapeutic services.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients and their families, evaluating their overall functioning in various aspects of life to identify needs for support and intervention.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and, when appropriate, their caregivers or family members.

• Evaluate and modify care plans regularly based on patients' progress and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis counseling and therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, using evidence-based methodologies that align with best practices.

• Establish measurable goals for therapy and engage in continuous evaluation of client progress toward these objectives.

• Demonstrate sensitivity to the full range of clients' needs, including emotional, social, and psychological dimensions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a variety of acute mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. You will engage with a diverse client base, each presenting unique stories and circumstances. Understanding these unique perspectives is essential for developing effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education.

• A valid Social Work License per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
