Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Welbehealth, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a wide range of mental health needs. This includes addressing common issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No limited/provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions are permitted.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a sympathetic and understanding nature.

• Strong computer skills are essential; familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your experience and commitment level.
