This role is designed to be remote, allowing Therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining personalized outpatient services. Your standard work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans that cater to each individual's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to implement effective interventions that lead to positive client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, promoting a culture of safety and privacy within treatment practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer therapists, to optimize care strategies and achieve comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
