As a remote role, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other clinically validated approaches to address client needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, fostering a team-based approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing care quality and professional development.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and navigate available treatment options.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
