Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mindfulness-based interventions to clients, applying techniques from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to facilitate stress reduction and emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, to promote self-awareness and enhance emotional stability.

• Facilitate virtual group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies for resilience building.

• Integrate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health issues and supporting overall client growth.

• Document client progress meticulously, recording mindfulness interventions and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
