Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Health, you will undertake a wide range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing student mental health outcomes:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each intervention aligns with the unique circumstances of the students.

• Create and maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA standards, effectively monitoring patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team composed of school psychologists, counselors, and educators to coordinate care and share insights on student well-being.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to ensure continual enhancement of clinical practices and adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Educate students and their families on mental health topics, fostering awareness about treatment options and available community resources to empower them on their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will predominantly serve a diverse population of students facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and learning difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
