Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of students and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of each student and developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that interventions are aligned with the best practices in the field.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Working collaboratively with educators, school administrators, and parents to create a supportive treatment environment that fosters student success.

• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision, case consultations, and peer review meetings to maintain a high quality of care and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus of this position includes a diverse group of students from various backgrounds, each experiencing unique mental health challenges. You will provide therapeutic support for students dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, striving to empower them to flourish academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families.

• Strong knowledge of adolescent mental health concerns and effective treatment interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
