Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive behavioral health assessments for students presenting with mental health conditions.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that clients receive personalized support.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic support and crisis intervention as necessary to promote mental health stability.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with educators and school staff to promote mental health awareness and advocate for student needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with children and adolescents in various school districts throughout Santa Ana, California. The client population includes diverse backgrounds and varying levels of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your role will be essential in advocating for and providing support to students, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and current LCSW license in California.
\n
• At least 2 years of professional experience in social work, with a focus on mental health services.

• Strong clinical skills, particularly in regard to assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in using technology for teletherapy.

• A deep commitment to ethical practice and cultural competence in serving diverse communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
