Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, psychosocial evaluations, and risk assessments for students facing various emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate closely with students to create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs, objectives, and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse settings, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, liaising with other healthcare professionals and educational staff to ensure a cohesive treatment approach for students in distress.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in line with clinic regulations, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and families to empower them with skills for managing mental health challenges effectively.

• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to facilitate comprehensive and integrated care.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans as needed based on assessments and feedback.

Compensation and Benefits\n
