Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and supportive psychotherapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic treatment approach and consistent client care.

• Offer immediate support to families experiencing acute crises, applying crisis intervention techniques to stabilize situations and nurture resolution.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations to assist with treatment continuity.

This role primarily serves children, adolescents, and families who may be confronting various mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a varied client demographic.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience working in therapeutic settings, particularly with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
