Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial intake assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based interventions, adapting sessions to address the varying needs of clients.

• Work collaboratively with a team of psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, engaging in multidisciplinary case conferences to enhance client care.

• Accurately document treatment plans, progress notes, and other essential client information in alignment with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
