Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, focusing on mood disorders like depression and bipolar disorder.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, preferences, and the latest clinical guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor and document clients' progress closely, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure seamless and holistic care integration for our patients.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and wellness strategies to promote long-term mental health.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster professional development and share insights on best practices in mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for clients, working to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues and promoting their rights and needs within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
