Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and diagnosing patients' physical conditions and needs through thorough assessments.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's physician-recommended care.
• Implementing a comprehensive range of therapeutic exercises and modalities across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the clinic's objectives by enhancing overall patient satisfaction.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient recovery and optimize treatment approaches.
• Providing education and guidance to patients and their families about home exercises and self-management techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• A commitment to building trusting relationships with patients to facilitate their recovery.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy and community engagement.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
