Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened clients who present with low-acuity mental health issues. This targeted approach ensures that you spend more time engaging in meaningful therapeutic interactions rather than managing crisis situations, allowing you to provide impactful support to clients seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee, with no history of disciplinary actions.

• 2 to 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
