Senior Business Development Associate

Essential Functions Understand the office‑specific market, Clune business practices, and the commercial construction industry; actively participate in industry leads sharing groups. Manage client relationships and drive new business development initiatives. Participate and maintain active involvement in industry‑related professional organizations, charity committees, industry events, conferences, and networking events. Provide internal company support to the BD Department, Team Leaders, Superintendents, Project Managers and all management as related to existing and new business development, operational functions and revenue goals. Collaborate with the Marketing Department, including but not limited to assistance with the creation of collateral, presentations, proposals, reports and other marketing materials as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Development Associates to enhance their knowledge and networking. Willingness to learn the commercial construction industry and establish a network of real estate, design, construction and various client contacts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; knowledge of a CRM database is a plus. Ethical approach to maximize sales opportunities and uncover new business. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferably in Sales/Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate or Construction Management. 5+ years of experience in the construction, real estate, architecture or engineering industry preferred.
