Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, predominantly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with other evidence-based practices to support client progress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions, highlighting goals, progress, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with other mental health providers within our network to share best practices and improve treatment outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant licensure and ethical guidelines while managing a caseload of clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and life's transitions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited university.

• An active license as a mental health professional in your state, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Two years or more of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adult clients, demonstrating expertise in the mental health counseling field.

• Strong writing skills for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against licensure in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
