Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

• Utilizing mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families experiencing emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing initial treatment and discharge plans that guide patient care throughout their therapy journey.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in accordance with the established treatment plans.

• Coordinating additional services based on assessment findings and revising treatment plans as necessary to adapt to patient progress.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of therapy services in alignment with both professional and facility standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

• Managing an assigned caseload, adjusting interventions based on the evolving needs of clients.

• Contributing to treatment team meetings and collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

• State or national licensure as a Mental Health Therapist—specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services to clients across the lifespan.
