This position is uniquely structured to offer remote work flexibility while still being integrated with an established outpatient team. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing counselors to maintain a balanced professional and personal life. Some scheduling adjustments may be required to accommodate the individual needs of our patients, promoting flexible healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, preferences, and goals, establishing a strong foundation for treatment.

• Deliver goal-oriented therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community and provide mutual support among participants with common mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
