Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, tailoring treatment approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools to facilitate meaningful progress in clients’ mental and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to develop comprehensive care plans that encompass all facets of a client’s mental health.

• Maintain meticulous, organized records of all therapy sessions within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards regarding client confidentiality.

• Provide crisis intervention and assessment services as necessary, ensuring client safety and appropriate referrals to additional resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops to stay up-to-date with best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse client population seeking support for various challenges, including but not limited to marital issues, family dynamics, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and mental health disorders. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, offering culturally sensitive therapy designed to empower individuals and strengthen family units.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Journey For Healing, LLC offers a competitive compensation package, with annual salaries ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience.
