Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary clinician for assigned clients, conducting assessments, formulating treatment goals, and providing individual, group, and family therapy as necessary.

• Develop, create, and implement integrated care plans that directly connect clients with necessary services and resources within the community.

• Engage in crisis intervention techniques, providing immediate support to clients during times of urgent need.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate referrals for comprehensive assessments when further evaluation is warranted.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to ensure cohesive care and improved outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Provide support in monitoring client admissions, ongoing care requirements, and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the treatment continuum.

• Involved in program quality improvement initiatives, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
