Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to the individual needs of clients seeking to alleviate stress and enhance their overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors and develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and pathways for mindfulness integration.

• Lead individual therapy sessions that incorporate guided mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques that facilitate self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Organize and facilitate group workshops revolving around mindfulness strategies, stress management, and resilience-building techniques to empower clients and improve group cohesion.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to share insights and integrate mindfulness practices effectively into comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate records regarding client progress, therapy interventions, and ongoing treatment adjustments to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular self-reflection and personal mindfulness practice, as well as pursue continuous professional development opportunities to enrich your skills in mindfulness interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults, grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and emotional trauma. Our practice focuses on fostering a connection with clients and providing them with innovative tools to help them cope in a rapidly changing world.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) within the state of New Jersey.

• Strong grounding in mental health practices, with preference given to those who have training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Exceptional communication skills paired with the ability to create a calming and inclusive therapeutic space.

• A strong commitment to client-centered care and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
