Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy sessions with clients to develop and achieve individualized treatment goals, using a strengths-based approach.
• Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapeutic interventions, and regularly assess client progress.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Implement and regularly review treatment plans, documenting all patient interactions and billing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a caseload while ensuring accurate session notes and documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the nurturing of a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute ideas and practices that enhance the therapeutic environment and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will involve working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You’ll employ culturally competent therapeutic approaches, ensuring each client receives personalized care that respects their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating clinical competency.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources to better support client access to comprehensive care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• A proven ability to build rapport with clients and foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities that enhance teamwork and client engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
• Background in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of the latest therapeutic modalities and willingness to adopt new strategies.
• Experience working remotely and managing a caseload effectively in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits
