Key Responsibilities

As a mental health therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs to inform effective treatment planning.
• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness strategies to promote personal growth and resilience.
• Regularly setting therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offering teletherapy services, making mental health support accessible for those facing geographical or logistical challenges.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices, methodologies, and trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals seeking support with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when dealing with sensitive client situations.
• Robust organizational and time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

While candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply, those with prior exposure to telehealth practices or experience in a clinical setting addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also a plus, as it can enhance workflow efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
