Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will involve:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily targets adults aged 18 and older who may experience mental health difficulties that impact their ability to sustain community stability and independence. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid current state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services, with proficiency in remote therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow for effective communication and rapport-building with clients.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain a secure internet connection for virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
