Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Educate patients and staff on coping mechanisms for stress and trauma, empowering individuals with the tools necessary for their recovery journey.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care with social and medical agencies, ensuring a holistic approach to patient support.

• Complete ongoing continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay updated on best practices.

• Address identified gaps in patient care and advocate for a supportive framework that addresses the unique challenges faced by trauma patients.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma.
