Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and diagnose mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, providing support and therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients’ emotional stability and resilience.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during emergency situations to ensure client safety and stability.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is up to date.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress.

• Engage in continuous education through training and supervision, actively participating in professional development to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse population of youth and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral concerns and trauma-related disorders. You will be instrumental in creating safe spaces for your clients, allowing them to express their feelings and work through challenges in a supportive atmosphere. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
