Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s specific challenges, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment outcomes, and changes in mental health status, in compliance with state regulations and organization practices.

• Collaborate with other health professionals and community resources to enhance client care, referring clients to additional services as necessary.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
