Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure by the state board as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Capability to work independently without supervision.
\n
• Clear of any disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Very strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in digital communication tools and a reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Hands-on experience providing direct clinical services to clients in an outpatient or community setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
