Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through virtual counseling sessions, tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Foster an environment of choice and empowerment by working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve performance goals that align with client care and organizational values.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screening assessments that are developmentally appropriate, followed by coordinating more extensive evaluations as necessary to inform treatment plans.

• Ensure timely documentation by maintaining accurate and confidential client records, including completion of reports and data submissions in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Provide on-call support as needed during and after program hours to ensure continuity of care for clients.

• Actively participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and identify innovative solutions for improving mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. With a client-centered approach, you will prioritize the individualized needs of each client, providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions to facilitate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) from an accredited program.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and collaborating professionals.

• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage case loads and meet deadlines effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of age-related or specialty issues pertinent to the populations served, allowing you to tailor your approach to each individual's developmental needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with three or more years of experience in a mental health counseling role providing direct client services are preferred. Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
