Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations, using clinical interviews and standardized tools to identify clients' mental health needs.

• Formulating individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique situation and goals.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, with modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Additionally, candidates should have a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in community health settings or with similar populations. Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential components for success in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n
