Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse range of clients, accommodating varying needs and treatment goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, issues, and treatment preferences, crafting tailored treatment plans to guide their healing journey.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities to suit client needs.

• Collaborate with clients in setting measurable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to provide maximum benefit.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Use our integrated digital platform to manage client scheduling and documentation effectively, allowing for streamlined operations and client interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of patient demographics suffering from various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults, ensuring a dynamic and fulfilling caseload. You will have the autonomy to select clients based on your preferences and clinical strengths, providing you with a personalized and fulfilling practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current professional license to practice independently and provide therapy in Pennsylvania, such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are preferred.

• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting, ideally in outpatient services.
