Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Compassion Core Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to address unique issues.

• Specializing in various clinical areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Providing therapeutic support for blended families adjusting to remarriage and navigating communication difficulties.

• Guiding patients through significant life transitions like separation, divorce, job stress, and medical challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your diverse patient population will include adults, children, and adolescents dealing with a wide range of issues, from interpersonal conflicts and emotional distress to coping with life changes. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play a critical role in helping families heal and strengthen their relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate:
