Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Compassion Core Services, you will engage with clients in both couples and individual therapy sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans addressing each client's unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions focused on a variety of challenges, including conflict resolution among family members, grief and loss, job stressors, communication barriers, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Providing psychoeducation to families and individuals, helping them navigate complex dynamics involving blended families, health issues, and more.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and therapeutic interventions in our digital record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. You will work closely with:

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
