Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Compassion Core Services, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting in-depth assessments with couples and families to identify issues related to mental health and interpersonal dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on improving communication and conflict resolution skills among family members.
\n
• Providing individual therapy for family members when necessary to address personal challenges affecting family dynamics.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, addressing concerns such as grief, relationship conflicts, and adjustment issues.

• Establishing and maintaining effective treatment plans, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and address any co-occurring medical or psychological issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and children/adolescents. Your therapeutic focus may involve complex issues such as:

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
