Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and execute meticulously crafted, personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Work collaboratively with an integrated treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring cohesive care delivery.

• Lead psychoeducation classes and therapeutic support groups to enhance client participation and foster community support.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, implementing effective safety planning strategies for at-risk clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress diligently in alignment with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
