Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Implement treatment strategies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and targeted interventions that align with clients’ needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing clients with immediate support during critical times.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to extend therapeutic support beyond individual sessions.

• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure accountability and transparency within therapeutic processes.
