Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking the time to identify each client’s unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community and resolve common mental health issues.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support services for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources that can aid their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage actively in clinical case consultations and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and share insights.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders along with proven competency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.

• A demonstrated history of delivering individual and group therapy across a diverse population segment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong client rapport and collaboration with colleagues.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other necessary digital platforms to manage client documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
