Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Engage with clients through both individual and group therapy sessions to foster a therapeutic, supportive atmosphere.

• Provide timely and respectful communication to clients, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and effective service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and developmental assessments to inform treatment plans and intervention strategies.

• Carry a manageable caseload while providing a range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services applicable to detox center protocols.

Qualifications\n

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in clinical social work settings

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential

Compensation and Benefits\n

Stanford Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities to support your professional development.
