Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while connecting with clients via telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, specifically MBSR, to clients aiming for reduced stress and enhanced well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify unique client stressors, mental health challenges, and personalized therapeutic goals, allowing for tailored mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices to strengthen self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, effective stress management, and resilience-building strategies, fostering community support.

• Incorporate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, effectively addressing specific mental health concerns while promoting personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
