Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Old Bridge, New Jersey. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our patients by restoring their mobility and helping them achieve peak physical performance. You will engage directly in the process of patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, utilizing evidence-based methods designed to maximize recovery outcomes.

Kinetic Physical Therapy Clinic is a well-established orthopedic outpatient facility in Old Bridge, NJ, recognized for its comprehensive approach to rehabilitation. We are devoted to providing high-quality care and personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Our facility includes a spacious 5000 square feet sports medicine center, equipped with state-of-the-art resources that support various rehabilitative needs. Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work onsite in our rehabilitation facility. Our conducive work environment promotes teamwork and collaboration among a close-knit group of medical professionals, including two full-time physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). We operate Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to have a stable work schedule conducive to work-life balance. Our primary patient demographic includes individuals with private medical insurance, enabling us to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care without the constraints often faced in other settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans to address individual patient needs, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated, focused attention for effective treatment and support.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions to enhance patient mobility and functionality.
• MOTIVATE and guide patients through their rehabilitation process, providing encouragement and fostering a positive attitude toward recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and progress monitoring.
• Document all treatments provided, maintaining detailed records compliant with legal and organizational standards.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, continuously adjusting plans based on progress and patient feedback.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle through customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique goals of every patient.
• Advocate for non-surgical methods and explore alternatives to medication whenever feasible to optimize recovery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation. You will be instrumental in improving their movement capabilities and overall quality of life through personalized therapy programs designed to achieve measurable outcomes. Our patient demographics mainly consist of adult individuals, but we also cater to adolescents involved in sports, all of differing backgrounds and physical conditions.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
• Hold an active New Jersey Physical Therapist license, with no recorded board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Demonstrate strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in designing and executing individualized exercise programs based on patient assessments.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and care coordination.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is required.
• Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams will be viewed favorably, enhancing collaborative patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000–120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside comprehensive benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
