Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat to enhance their mental well-being.

• Utilize our therapist portal for administrative tasks, ensuring minimal paperwork and allowing you to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, where all clients are prescreened, demonstrating stability with low acuity needs. This focused approach allows you to apply your skills in a manner that fosters meaningful connections and impactful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license (either LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to carry out professional assessments and recommendations for treatment planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a warm, empathetic approach.

• Proficiency with technology and strong computer literacy to navigate our therapist portal and maintain client records.
