Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools as necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Set and regularly review therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, ensuring progress is tracked and strategies adapted as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual interaction or have accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the necessary support regardless of their situation.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards, and capturing essential details of each client's therapeutic journey.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, you will help clients navigate their unique challenges and empower them to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences and backgrounds.

• Effective organizational skills and time-management capabilities to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy to individuals with varying backgrounds and complexities.
