This role is designed to be completely remote, allowing you to create your own workspace and schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video chat to facilitate meaningful and impactful discussions regarding their mental health.

• Encourage clients to openly explore their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining insights into their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent state-issued license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and treatment recommendations, showcasing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing empathy and active listening abilities.
