Inland Psychiatric Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team in Tacoma, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, establishing a solid therapeutic alliance from the outset.

• Provide targeted individual and family therapy sessions, designing interventions firmly rooted in evidence-based methods tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Manage all administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to completing billing, maintaining accurate documentation, crafting individualized treatment plans, and submitting insurance authorization forms within designated timeframes.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Facilitate effective discharge plans that ensure continuity of care and a smooth transition for patients moving out of active therapy.
\n
• Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as the organizational policies and procedures set forth by our center.
\n
• Regularly engage in professional development activities to enhance your skills and maintain licensure requirements through ongoing training and educational opportunities.

• Participate proactively in case consultations and team meetings to collaboratively review patient progress and therapy outcomes.
\n
• Complete mandatory training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and legal compliance.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: You must possess current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) within the State of Washington.
