Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to determine patient needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP) and treatment teams to design, present, and revise individualized treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate and contribute to clinical case conferences, actively engaging with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Deliver educational sessions focused on chemical dependency, ensuring clients and their families are equipped with the knowledge to navigate recovery processes.

• Provide individual and group counseling services centered around chemical dependency, ensuring evidence-based methodologies are utilized to support client recovery.

• Offer specialized therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, and families, tailored to meet the unique needs of each group.

• Manage cases effectively by coordinating resources and referrals to additional services, providing ongoing support as clients transition through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is a requirement for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
