Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients, conducting assessments and delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique mental health needs.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices that accommodate each client's developmental stage and cultural background.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring clients have timely access to necessary services and resources while fostering open communication among clients, families, and other professionals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empowerment Pathways offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
