Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include a variety of clinical tasks designed to support patients’ mental health:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on established best practices and evidence-based interventions.

• Providing therapeutic services using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions align with patient preferences and goals.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and other relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to create a cohesive treatment approach for each patient.

• Participating in regular case meetings for peer review and consultation to continuously enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
