Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in virtual environments and through community outreach.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring access and coordination of services for clients, families, and providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, determining the needs of clients and ensuring appropriate referrals for additional support when necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as needed, assessing situations and responding appropriately to ensure client safety and support.

• Maintain a managed caseload, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions with a focus on client empowerment and informed choice.

• Regularly monitor client progress through meetings, ensuring treatment adherence and evaluating discharge planning criteria.

• Complete timely documentation and reporting on client status, treatment plans, and progress towards goals, adhering to ethical and professional guidelines.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and community outreach efforts to enhance access to care and coordinate client services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
