Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, establishing a strong foundation for personalized treatment planning.

• Accurately document therapy sessions and monitor client progress in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular professional development and team meetings to share insights, collaborate on complex cases, and reinforce best practices within the network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population spans a wide range of demographics and includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Therapists at Option Care Counseling Center will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, promoting holistic growth and recovery tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychological Counseling, or related field.
\n
• Proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients remotely, emphasizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Empathetic and compassionate approach to addressing clients' needs, with a commitment to providing high-quality care regardless of challenges.

• Excellent organizational skills, allowing for effective time management and documentation of therapy sessions in a remote context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with various electronic health record systems is highly favored.
