Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting requirements in compliance with organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions tailored to clients’ unique circumstances and presenting issues.

• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with client goals.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and provide timely support and resources to clients in urgent need.

• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to the appropriate resources, services, and support systems within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges, including those with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. This population often faces barriers to accessing care, particularly in underprivileged areas of Brooklyn. As an LCSW, you will provide culturally competent services that honor the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each client, ensuring they feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
